I received my dress order but it does not fit. Can I get a refund?

Once a customer determines that their dress does not fit they may return the dress within 3 business days of delivery with the included shipping label to obtain a refund of half of the cost of the dress rental minus taxes and fees. 


I lost the return label. What should I do?

Please contact customer service at willyoubemybridesmaidrentals@gmail.com include your name and order number in the email. Then a return label will be emailed to you. 


How do I return my rental?

To return dress rentals, customers must package the dress in a box or poly mailer. Attach the included return shipping label onto the package and bring the package to the Delivery Carrier listed on the return label. 


Note: If you selected to have the dress dry cleaned yourself please make sure you do so prior to returning the dress. 


What happens if I return my rental late?

All returns need to be sent and begin tracking no later than the rental return date. 

Please drop off your return package to the Delivery Carrier by 3pm on the last day of your rental. This will ensure that return tracking will begin the same day and avoid late fee(s). 


The card number on file will be charged the late fee(s) of up to $10 per day past the rental return date. 



How do I extend my dress rental?

Currently, WYBMB does not offer extending the rental period of dresses. 


What happens if I never return my dress rental?

Any rentals that are not returned within 7 days of the rental return date will be charged $100.

The card on file will be charged $100. 




What happens if the dress becomes damaged when wearing?

Normal wear and tear is expected while wearing the dress. So, please wear the dress and enjoy your event! 

However, Any damage to your rental that causes the dress to no longer be able to be used will be charged $100.

  • Creasing/wrinkles

  • Stains that are not removed

Can I alter, hem, or tailor my dress rental?

Yes! You may alter your dress to fit you the best at the cost of $10.  Alterations are the responsibility of the customer. WYBMB does not perform alterations. 

Allowable Alterations are: Adding bra pads, Adjusting the straps, Taking in or out fabric at the bust, hip, waist and Hemming the length.


Do I need to have my dress rental dry cleaned before returning?

Customers may choose during the ordering process to have WYBMB dry clean the dress upon return for $10 or they may choose to dry clean the dress on their own prior to returning the dress.
