Shipping Policy

Once your rental order has been placed, it will take 2 days to process your order, then, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped.

Usually, packages are delivered within the estimated delivery dates. However, weather, natural disasters and external factors outside of WYBMB might cause a delivery delay. 

If your tracking update shows that your package has been delivered and you never received it please contact customer service within 2 business days at  willyoubemybridesmaidrentals@gmail.com.
